This is a half-day course designed to introduce the value methodology to a wide-range of attendees. Participants will have a strong understanding of the three-stage process of pre-study, study and post study and truly understand the six-phase job plan and what occurs during each step in the plan.

This is a half-day course designed to take a deeper dive into the value methodology. Participants will have previously participated in the introductory course, “The ABCs of the Value Methodology.” After a quick refresh of VM, participants will apply the value methodology on an actual public works project.
