Value Engineering
Value Engineering (VE) is a function‑oriented, systematic team approach to add customer value to a program, facility, system or service.
Value Engineering / the Value Methodology is a unique, function-driven workshop process to achieve improvements in functional performance, overall project quality, risk management, stakeholder coordination, and initial and life‑cycle costs. RHA has developed a Value Engineering program using the Value Methodology as defined by SAVE International to facilitate formal VE workshops that navigate the the specific contexts and constraints of any given project. Our facilitators are experienced Certified Value Specialists (CVSs) who provide specialized, multi-disciplinary workshops for all kinds of public and private sector architecture and engineering projects, specializing in civil works and military construction.
