Colin Miller, VMA

Colin serves as a technical workshop assistant on Value Engineering (VE) studies, supporting the CVS and the project team in successful workshop facilitation. Skilled at communication and coordination, he is the go-to person for team support during studies. Colin is also proficient with technology, having contributed to the design of the technical tools in RHA’s repertoire. He is skilled with value engineering tools, platforms, and protocols for team members and facilitators.

While continuing to work toward CVS certification, Colin has worked on numerous VE studies, including for transportation and other public works projects. He is a certified Value Methodology Associate (VMA) and offers valuable assistance both technologically and in terms of value analysis. Clients regularly enthuse about Colin’s prompt, enthusiastic assistance and are eager to work with him again.
