Jeff's professional career includes working as a consultant, facilitator and Value Specialist helping public sector and private organizations manage and improve the value of their projects and operations since 2003. He is experienced in design and construction, product and service innovation, strategic investments and cash flow optimization. He has special expertise and a large amount of experience in planning level studies that help to build solid planning, design, and strategy from very little initial information.

Trained in facilitation, executive and performance coaching as well as Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP), his approach is based in managing human dynamics and quickly adapting to complex technical issues in projects ranging from infrastructure to investments, from products to services. His attention to the human dynamic also contributes to success in projects that are politically charged.
