Ryan Elliott, PE, CVS

Mr. Elliott has over 28 years of experience in Professional Engineering and Project Management supporting a wide variety of government and private sector clients. Since 2016, Mr. Elliott has managed more than 60 projects, ranging from Value Engineering (VE) and Independent External Peer Reviews (IEPR) for the United States Army Corps of Engineers (USACE), to Geotechnical Investigation and Design Support for the Metro Nashville Airport Authority, to Florida Department of Transportation Construction Engineering and Inspection projects, as well as multiple projects for the Natural Resources Conservation Service (NRCS).

Mr. Elliott retired from the United States Air Force in 2016 following a 22-year career in the civil engineering career field. He has specialized in projects related to Independent External Peer Reviews, Value Engineering, Overseas Construction, Construction Inspection, Facility Planning, Budget Analysis, Emergency Management, Regulatory Compliance and Cost Estimating for both public and private sector clients.

Mr. Elliott has managed projects in excess of $250M both in the United States and abroad.
